LED wall lamps

We can divide the wall lamps into 2 groups of decorative and functional wall lamps.

Indirect or decorative wall lamps

With this type there is no direct light and are fine to use to decorate an empty dark wall. You then get a nice ironing light on the wall. By placing several wall lamps you can create a more spacious effect. These wall lamps often have a very beautiful design and do not look out of place when they are switched off.

Wall lamps with direct or functional lighting

These LED wall lamps have a light source that can be directed like a spot. This is very easy if you use it favorably with your bed. You can then use the directed light to read your book. The functional wall lamps also have a very beautiful design and give a spacious and luxurious look. These wall lights are often orientable or have a flexible or movable arm. This gives you even more pleasure from your purchase.

Wall lamps with a built-in or a replaceable light source

There are wall lamps with a built-in light source. The light source is stuck in the fixture and you no longer need separate lights. You buy a complete fixture and only need to connect it. Luminaires with a fixed LED chip have a very long lifespan and are available in different LED colors, but are often supplied in a warm white color 2700k. You can find this in the description of the product.

There are also many wall lamps where you can replace the light source. These then have a lamp socket. This makes it easy to replace the lamp. Common fittings are G9, E27, E14 or GU10. You can then choose a LED lamp that is suitable for the relevant fitting. The individual LED lamps are available in many different versions. When choosing whether the lamp is dimmable and which light color you like.

Dimming LED wall lights

In the description of the products you can see which wall lamps are dimmable and which are not. If you have a wall lamp with a replaceable lamp, the dimmability depends on the lamp. If you want to dim, you must order a dimmable LED lamp. A dimmer is already built into some fixtures. It is wise to choose a LED lamp that is recommended by us. This ensures proper operation

Wall lamp with or without cord

Wall lamps without a cord can be placed on a flush-mounted box. You can then operate it with a wall switch or a dimmer. The advantage of this is that you can operate multiple wall lamps with a button.

If you do not have recessed boxes in the wall, it is better to choose a wall lamp with a cord or you can mount a cord to the wall lamp yourself. This is often very easy.
