For orders with a minimum value of €100, you enjoy free shipping within the Netherlands. For orders under €100, a shipping fee of €6.95 applies within the Netherlands.

Consumer Return Policy 

Consumers within the EU have the legal right to cancel and return their purchase within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. This is called the right of withdrawal.

Can I Return Items?

Yes, you can return your order. However, you are responsible for the return shipping and the associated costs. Please note that returns must be made within 14 days of receipt to retain the right of return. Specially ordered items cannot be returned.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

Returns must be registered before they can be sent back. UNREGISTERED RETURNS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED! It is possible to return items if they do not meet your expectations. Items must be returned within the 14-day reflection period. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

PACKAGING:

Returned items must be in their original condition, in their original packaging, with all original inner packaging, including the protective bubble wrap on the outside. Packaging boxes must not be written on. Items should be packaged exactly as they were upon delivery. Items being returned must be accompanied by the invoice or packing slip or a copy thereof.

ITEMS:

The items must not be used, altered, or have undergone any other modifications. Only if these conditions are met and we receive the items in good condition can the purchase price be refunded.
