Terms and Conditions
By placing your order you indicate that you agree to the terms of delivery, warranty and payment of R&M Verlichting. R&M Verlichting reserves the right to change the terms of delivery, warranty and payment. For a concluded purchase agreement, the conditions as they applied on the day of the date stated on the invoice apply.
R&M Lighting guarantees that the price stated with the item on the day of order and stated on the purchase note will not be increased. We cannot accept liability for the consequences of incorrect prices caused by the server or by hackers, computer viruses and the like.
In case of prepayment, orders over €85 in the Netherlands will be delivered to your home for FREE.
If the items you ordered are in stock, your order will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
The working days of our shipping department are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Shipments packaged on Saturdays cannot be offered to carriers by us until the following Monday.
If a product is sold out and can no longer be delivered, the purchase agreement expires.
If delivery times exceed 15 working days, you will be notified in good time. If you do not agree to the longer delivery time, you can dissolve the agreement by email within 4 days of notification. You will then receive your money back within 5 working days.
Pay attention! Please enter your address details correctly. If address details are incorrect and delivery cannot be made for this reason, R&M Verlichting is not liable. R&M Lighting cannot deliver to a PO Box. If you no longer wish to receive the order, your order will be credited with deduction of the shipping costs round trip! If you still want to receive the order, it will be sent again to an address specified by you in NL after payment of the shipping costs incurred. Any damage caused by a wrong delivery address shall be borne by the customer.
R&M Verlichting guarantees that every item it supplies meets normal requirements of reliability and usability and with existing government regulations. If defects occur in or to the item in normal, destination-corresponding use, R&M Verlichting will repair them free of charge.
Glassware and batteries and/or light sources supplied and/or light sources supplied and free of charge such as incandescent lamps, halogen lamps, fluorescent tubes, energy-efficient lamps and LED lamps are not covered by the warranty.
Unfortunately, no warranty can be given if the defect was caused by too high a wattage light source in the lamp being used.
The shipping costs, if the complaint is well-founded, will be borne by R&M Verlichting within the warranty period. R&M Lighting determines whether the warranty applies and determines the method of repair and shipping.
You get a 2-year warranty on your purchase, only on presentation of the invoice or receipt.
The warranty cannot be claimed if the defect was caused by:
* Changes to or to the item have been made by you or third parties,
* Defects that have arisen due to improper use or any use other than that for which the article is intended,
* Damage due to intent or gross negligence.
* Outward disaster such as lightning strike, lightning induction and so on.
* Overheating due to the use of too high a wattage incandescent or halogen lamp.
* Exposure to humidity or extreme heat, sunlight or cold.
Indirect costs caused by the decommissioning of the defective item or having to remove and reapply by yourself or by third parties may not be eligible for reimbursement.
Cases of breakage or damage will only be dealt with if reported within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The shipping costs, if the complaint is well-founded, will be within the warranty period for R&M Lighting costs, provided you wish to receive a replacement. If you cancel the purchase in full, the shipping costs will be borne by you, since your order will then be processed as a return. R&M Lighting determines whether the warranty applies and determines the method of repair and shipping. Shipping costs above 15 euros will not be reimbursed if there has been no prior consultation with R&M Verlichting. Unstamped returns are not accepted by R&M Verlichting, so costs for this will be borne by the shipper.
You get a 2-year warranty on your purchase.
You must return items returned for repair or replacement in the original packaging with the inclusion of a copy of the invoice and a clearly completed return form describing the complaint to:

Items without a return form and copy invoice will not be processed.
You get a three-month warranty on the repair.
Returns must first be registered before they can be returned. UNREPORTED RETURNS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED!
It is possible to return items when they do not meet your expectations. The items must be returned within the trial period of 14 days. The costs for returning are for your own account.
THE PACKAGING: The items to be returned must be in original condition, in original packaging with the complete original inner packaging. Includes the protective bubble wrap on the outside. The packaging boxes must not be described. Only as it was packaged with the delivery.
You must return items that are returned with the inclusion of the invoice or a copy thereof.
THE ARTICLES: The items must not have been used, modified or undergone any other modification.
Only if these conditions are met and we have received the items back in good condition can the purchase price of the items be refunded.
The dimensions mentioned in our items are global sizes and may vary slightly.
Ceiling openings (saw diameters) of recessed downlights are global and are indicative only.
We therefore advise you not to make openings until you have the ordered recessed downlights in your possession.
Personal data will not be retained provided that you have not indicated that you want to stay informed of offers, new products and other information from R&M Lighting. Your email address will then be included in the R&M Lighting customer base and will not be used by third parties.
All images are shown as well as possible. Still, an article on details may differ from the photos shown on the website. R&M lighting cannot be held responsible for differences from the photos and reality.
When you choose prepayment, your order will be shipped when the payment is received at R&Mverlichting. If a prepayment is not received by R&M Verlichting within ten days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled and the agreement will expire. If the amount still arrives after ten days, this amount will be refunded within 10 working days with deduction of € 3.50 administration costs.
