They can be used with both low-voltage (12V) and mains-voltage (230V) GU10 lamps. Please note that in zone 1 of your bathroom only low-voltage lighting is permitted (read more here: bathroom zone classification). LED recessed spotlights for damp areas with a built-in LED chip are often already low-voltage, making them perfectly safe for use in the wettest parts of the bathroom.
